This quick release drink holder is made of glass-impregnated nylon that is touted to hold up in the heat and the cold, and be impervious to UV rays. It attaches to your bike’s 1/2″ to 2″ handlebars using a cantilevered locking system. A set of two rubber pads inside the “jaws” prevents the holder from scratching the handlebars. There are four height adjustments, depending on the position of your bars. You can rotate the drink holder in any one of 64 positions.
The quick release drink holder can be set at any one of the 4 positions that cover most any mounting angle—parallel on the bars, horizontal, or in between. A 3mm Allen wrench is included to set the desired height or angle.
FITMENT:
Fits on any handlebar that is 1/2" to 2" in diameter. Fits most Motorcycles & ATV's. Because of the practically limitless mounting configurations, it will fit even on stock, crowded bars without hitting the tank.

Well made, but poorly designed 4 people found this helpfulI do NOT ride down the road sipping on drinks, but I do like having a hot cup of coffee when I get where I'm going, and this item looked like an easy way to make that happen. Unfortunately, it is not designed to work with a standard Thermos™ travel mug, which is my go-to coffee cup. In fact, I’m not sure what it IS designed for, as not a one of the many different travel mugs in my collection would fit securely in this cup holder. For starters, the arms that wrap around the cup are positioned too low, and thus don't secure the top-heavy weight of a full mug. Then, they don't grip the mug firmly, which would be essential if you ride real roads like the ones around Central Texas. Finally, they’re open on one side, making them even weaker. My first ride with this item installed, I lost my $25 Thermos™ travel mug while going over a bump in the pavement: a $25 cup destroyed. My second ride, I used a baby bungee to secure the top half of the Thermos™ travel mug, but only a quick hand kept me from losing THAT mug! Note that I was traveling on recently lain, relatively smooth pavement at the time! The item is well-made so far as materials and finish are concerned, and the adjustable mount made it easy to find a level position for my cup holder. Sadly, those assets aren’t worth much if the item fails to function as needed.

Exactly what I needed 1 people found this helpfulI've been looking for a basic quality cup holder for a while that was not a monstrosity and this one definitely fits the bill. Not cheap plastic and has Quality Hardware. Stays where it should and no problem holding my 24 oz insulated cup. It will definitely hold larger but it gets the job done.
